Pre-orders allow you to reserve upcoming releases before they hit the streets— and we reward early support with an automatic 10% discount on all pre-order items.
Here’s everything you need to know before placing a pre-order:
💳 Payment Terms
- Full payment is required at checkout.
- Pre-orders are charged immediately and in full.
- This ensures your copy is locked in and reserved just for you.
🚚 Shipping Policy
- Orders containing both pre-order and in-stock items will ship together once all items are available.
- If you want in-stock items shipped sooner, please place a separate order.
- Pre-order items do not count toward the $50 free shipping threshold.
🎁 Discounts & Rewards
- All pre-orders receive 10% off automatically.
- This discount does not stack with other discount codes or site-wide offers.
- Reward redemptions (e.g., $5 off from points) can still be applied to pre-orders.
- You’ll see both reflected at checkout if you’re eligible.
⏳ Order Deadlines
- The last day to place a pre-order is one day before the official release date.
- After that, the product will be available at full price — no discount, no reserve.
- Please note: Orders placed after our internal distributor cutoff are filled based on remaining availability. We’ll do our best to fulfill every order, but if an item becomes unavailable, you’ll be contacted for further resolution.
