Returns & Refunds
We want you to love what you read.
If you need to make a return, we accept requests within 14 days of delivery—as long as the item is unopened, unused, and in its original condition. This means no bent spines, torn covers, or broken shrink wrap.
To start a return, email us at info@theinkrunners.com with your order number. Returns must be pre-approved. Items sent back without authorization will not be accepted.
📦 Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless we made a mistake.

Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us right away with photos so we can make it right.
Exchanges
Want something else? Return the original item (if eligible), and place a new order separately.
EU customers
If you're in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unopened and in their original condition.
Refunds
Once we inspect and approve your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If it’s been longer than 15 business days since approval, email us at info@theinkrunners.com.
